I love low-budget/high-concept. The waterproof toilet bowl stickers cost $0.23 each (and were installed in hundreds of club and bar toilets by a very good-natured intern). The mirror clings and license plate frames were under $4 each. The frames were installed on new and used vehicles at car dealerships and given away at events.
