UTAH DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH

The early days of e-cigarettes were the Wild West of vaping. Smoke shops were making e-juice in backroom sinks. Nicotine levels rarely matched what was labeled, and nobody was quite sure what health effects vaping might pose. Nevertheless, consumers overwhelming viewed e-cigs as completely safe.
